We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team! This is a 9-month fixed term opportunity and can be based in our Santa Monica, CA, Seattle, WA or New York office.
What you’ll do:
Hire top technical talent who will play a key role in building and shaping key features that millions of Snapchatters use every day
Provide full life cycle, high-touch recruiting support for security, machine learning, and research teams
Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers and cross-functional partners
Source, evaluate, network with, and hire top tier talent
Manage communication and partnership with hiring managers
Drive offer process, including generating and extending offers, and closing candidates
Apply data and hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions
Act as a brand ambassador of Snap Inc. and maintain excellent candidate experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Skilled at building effective and high-performing technical teams
Ability to be customer-focused and to provide a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers
Strong data tracking and evaluation skills & ability to drive process change through data analysis
Strong offer negotiation and closing skills
Ability to manage multiple on-going projects, be flexible to change, and adapt to shifting priorities
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels, including senior management
Ability to execute on priorities with a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of practical work experience
3+ years of technical recruiting, sourcing, or related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting or sourcing for security and/or machine learning engineering teams
Experience working at a fast-paced agency or tech start up
Experience hiring for hard-to-fill positions
Experience developing and/or improving interview processes alongside business leaders

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $107,000-$161,000 annually.
