SoftSmile is a technology company transforming the orthodontic industry through advanced treatment planning software. Our flagship product, Vision, powers clear aligner workflows for labs, brands, and dental chains. We're expanding fast and looking for a high-performing Sales AE to help us doublw software revenue.

Your Role

As our AE, you will drive software sales across North America and Europe — engaging dental labs, aligner brands, and DSOs. This is a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role with a focus on consultative selling, product demos, and closing.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle — from discovery to close
  • Conduct demos and technical consultations with labs and clinical leads
  • Manage CRM pipeline, update deal stages, and report on performance
  • Collaborate with marketing for lead nurturing and inbound follow-up
  • Identify upsell opportunities into clinical and design services
  • Work closely with product and clinical teams to refine positioning

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in B2B sales — ideally SaaS, medtech, or dental verticals
  • Experience selling to labs, dental groups, or medical devices a plus
  • Fluent English (other languages a bonus: Italian, Spanish, Arabic)
  • Strong communicator with a structured, metrics-driven mindset
  • Comfortable with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, video demo tools
  • experience in selling medical software
