We are seeking a growth manager to join the Audiobooks Growth Strategy Team. The Audiobooks Growth team sits under the Audiobooks Business team and serves as a central hub for commercial and growth-focused strategic development, working across a series of highly high-reaching initiatives to define and develop the future of audiobooks and the business models that support them.

This role will report into the Associate Director of Growth Strategy and is an exciting opportunity to work on bold, innovative projects and help develop the future of audio on Spotify.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and ideate on growth and promotional tactics to support Audiobooks format adoption. Strategies and tactics will span audience development, launching growth programs, evaluating distribution surfaces/channels, testing content as an adoption tool and sizing/developing new growth levers
- Partner with insights to develop data driven narratives to contextualize how we are pacing against growth targets. The role will require both a macro understanding of Audiobooks performance on Spotify and a more detailed perspective on promotional surfaces & various growth tactics effectiveness
- Collaborate cross functionally with wider Spotify teams to operationalize workstreams and execute upon growth levers. Teams span product, content/editorial, marketing, creator, and insights teams
- Become a guide on the Audiobooks industry - by understanding our competitors, keeping an eye on developments impacting growth, and proactively sharing this knowledge across relevant teams
Who You Are:
- You have at least 4-6 years of experience in a growth role that intersects with product and/or content
- You have shown experience helping grow products in market and experience setting up and evaluating growth tests and campaigns
- Good with rolling up your sleeves and implementing things yourself – no matter if it's programming an email, pulling some queries or quickly adjusting an image in Photoshop.

The United States base range for this position is $106,225- 151,750 , plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
