We are looking for a measurement leader to join the band as Head of Measurement Growth Marketing. This role will be an integral part of the Research & Intelligence team - driving our value proposition with advertisers and agencies by demonstrating the power of Spotify as a platform. You will be joining our larger Advertising Business Marketing team, communicating the value of Spotify and digital audio to the larger market. Will act as a strategic partner and consultant to clients and internal sales team by driving demand and consideration for Spotify Advertising through thought leadership, insights and measurement.

What You'll Do:
- Serve as a measurement expert that supports pre-campaign measurement efforts such as generating demand, thought leadership, and marketing of our measurement solutions
- Partner extensively with the Ad Measurement & Insights team which focuses on post-sale measurement fulfillment and post campaign insights
- Understand the sales business, being proactive and resourceful in order to increase client engagement and achieve sales targets
- Provide oversight of measurement research and analysis in multiple markets including North America, EMEA, and LATAM
- Develop strong narratives to bolster the value of Spotify advertising and help evolve how brands engage with Spotify
- Be a people leader, guiding a dedicated, hard-working and diverse team to do the best work of their career
- Setting the team’s goals and being accountable for hitting them
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to develop and execute a plan to scale measurement services for long term growth
- Partner internally and externally to develop innovative measurement solutions
- Partner extensively with Ad Measurement & Insights
- Be an exceptional presenter in both intimate and expansive forums, having the ability to exert influence on decision-making processes
- Responsible for leading marketplace narratives, increasing client understanding of measurement solutions, growing measurement associate revenue, and driving innovation and scalable playbooks that generates demand for strong offerings
Who You Are:
- A min of 10+ years of experience with online advertising measurement
- A demonstrated history of excellence and leadership in digital, audio or cross media advertising measurement.
- Inherently curious and strategic problem solver able to see unexpected connections and “join the dots”
- Exhibit a positive, can-do mindset
- A relationship builder across the organization and broader company. Be comfortable and savvy in working in large, highly matrixed companies
- Deep experience with advertising effectiveness methodology and vendors
- Experience scaling research products, teams and operations
- Technical enough to analyze user level data and guide team for more complex work
- A strong people manager who leads, teaches and coaches with care and empathy. Be a culture carrier and a team builder.
- In-depth knowledge of statistical software, such as SPSS; strong skills in Excel and Powerpoint/Keynote
- You have experience problem solving with clients and the ability to develop creative and innovative solutions for their needs
- You have the ability to synthesize and use data to help craft a creative story, and you’re excited by the opportunity audio and digital offer to storytelling
- Deep understanding of and enthusiasm for culture, technology, and advertising
- Experienced with working cross-functionally across multiple collaborators

The United States base range for this position is $150,539 - 215,056, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
