Sprinklr is looking for a Contact Center Sr Solutions Consultant who will partner with our Large Enterprise sales organization to help drive revenue for Sprinklr’s Service products.
At Sprinklr, Sr Solution Consultants have both the technical knowledge as well as the business consulting acumen to uncover a customer’s current and future states and their goals in order to best position Sprinklr’s platform. They speak from a position of confidence and credibility with their product and industry knowledge, and have the ability to provide inisghts, building rapport easily while being a trusted advisor.
Act as a key member of the account team, working directly with prospects and customers during sales cycles, to build confidence and excitement around Sprinklr’s Service products and integrations with customer systems
Conduct in depth discovery on the customer’s current and future states and positive business outcomes
Lead presales activities that include building and delivering compelling presentations, making solution recomenations, facilitating in-depth technical workshops, assisting with RFPs, and conducting Proofs of Concept (POC) that demonstrate Sprinklr solutions and the value they provide against a customer’s required capabilities
Collaborate with the Sprinklr ecosystem (i.e. architects, engineering, product marketing and others) to configure relevant art of the possible demonstrations and validate customer requirements
Keep up with an aggressive training schedule and maintain up to date Sprinklr product certifications
Willingness for up to 40% travel, largely within the US and LATAM
Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in a presales role, preferrably with a CCaaS based company
Clear communicator who can command engagements with Executives, IT, and business leads/practitioners
Experience with customer journey mapping and conducting solution discovery workshops
Methodical and meticulous approach to preparation and execution
Experience with Cloud contact center technologies ranging from IP Telephony, Intelligent Routing, Workflow Automation, Self Service, Conversational AI, Workforce Optimization, Outbound Engagement, Social Media Engagement, Digital (DX), Unified communications (UC) and Analytics
The ability to effectively interact with business and technical audiences in the English language (required) and Spanish or Portuguese (desirable)

Compensation Range$100,000 - $133,000 - $166,000
The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
