Job Description

Sprinklr’s Advertising Success Team empowers the top brands in the world to be more strategic, successful and market competitive using Sprinklr’s Advertising Platform and Product. We are looking to add more top talent to our team, as we ensure the following outcomes for every customer:

  • Deliver Value: Leverage technical, domain and industry expertise, as well as a deep, always evolving, understanding of customers marketing programs and corporate objectives, to prescribe high value, strategic use cases of Sprinklr’s Advertising and Marketing product, features and platform, aligned to increased ROI from Sprinklr, customer retention and growth.

  • Drive Adoption: Ability to understand and orchestrate Sprinklr program expansion plans to effectively increase strategic feature adoption and utilization of new products and features across multiple business units, teams, agencies and markets within a single customer.

  • Establish Relationships: Be known to your customers as a Sprinklr Advertising and Marketing expert, and a trusted, strategic advisor who understands their business challenges and can communicate the positive business outcomes of working with Sprinklr. Establish and champion relationships built on trust with every new customer, develop client and agency champions, and identify key collaborators.

  • Travel for customer and agency in person meetings. Ability to meet in NYC more frequently and for onsite meetings or to host customers in our NYC office (HQ). There is flexibility based on how you schedule.

What Are Your Responsibilities

  • Primary ownership and accountability for driving Advertising and Marketing product and feature adoption, and retention for complex customers who require higher-touch service, solutioning and technical expertise.

  • Together with the broader account team, partner on strategic account planning, program expansion and related activities to evolve customers use cases and value from Sprinklr Advertising and Marketing and across other Sprinklr products.

  • With excellent communication skills, confidence and command, engage with key customer and agency stakeholders with various personas including with C-level decision makers.

  • Effectively partner internally with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineering, Managed Services, Implementation, Support and Training teams, to ensure seamless value delivery and service experience for your customers.

  • Represent and advocate for your customers current and future needs with Sprinklr Senior Leadership and Executive Leadership Team, ensuring global alignment and knowledge transfer, and map and establish key customer stakeholder relationships with the appropriate Sprinklr Executives.

  • Understand the customers product use and marketing program to identify, comprehend, and clearly articulate customers' current and future requirements to Sprinklr’s Product Leadership to inform roadmap and ensure relevancy.

  • Constantly evolve understanding of the advertising and marketing industry, domain, technologies, competitors, trends and news, fueled by your curiosity and intellect.

  • Analyze and elevate customer’s consumption of contract, adoption of the product and generation of upsell or cross-sell.

  • Provide ongoing training support and ad hoc training sessions to always keep customers educated on Sprinklr know-hows.

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified

  • 5+ years of experience in advertising technology or media buying platform (ad-tech/mar-tech) and industries with a proven record of growing strategic accounts. Experience in paid social account management or paid social campaign management at a brand, agency, channel or technology will give you an advantage.

  • Demonstrated experience and a passion for the social media technology universe and evolution (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok).

  • Industry specific knowledge across different verticals or lines of business preferred

  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree

Compensation Range

$110,000 - $146,000 - $183,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.

US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.
