Atlas is a small but mighty team within Stripe that moves fast to make things better for founders. In the past year, we’ve automated 83(b) election filing, helped founders purchase their shares in a single click - no cash needed, and enabled founders to open a bank account and use Stripe payments even faster. We currently help 1 in 6 Delaware C Corps incorporate their companies.
What you’ll do
You’ll spend your days helping founders learn about Atlas by hosting and attending events, forging partnerships with organizations that support founders, and fostering founder communities. You’ll set the growth strategy, craft helpful content for founders, and work with the Atlas product manager to ensure we are building what founders want.
Responsibilities
- Talk to lots of founders. We want to know what their hurdles are and how Atlas can help
- Develop new partnerships and deepen existing partnerships to help us find and support founders early in their founding journey
- Work cross-functionally to prioritize and launch features to our target audience of founders
- Perform analyses and research to help us make the right growth decisions for Atlas and understand where we should allocate resources
- Develop content and guides to help founders succeed
- Build the Atlas community in multiple forums and channels
Who you are
- Founded a VC-backed company and/or have 6+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or operations, preferably in an early stage company
- Work well across teams and with external partners, building partnerships and working relationships. You have a low ego and have a knack for working well with a wide range of people
- Problem solving whiz with analytical aptitude. You use data to drive decisions and results
- Ability to write clear and concise communications for users and colleagues
- Experience leading communities
- Process-oriented mindset and ability to lead people to get things done
The annual US base salary range for this role is $138,200 - $207,400. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
