Subconscious.ai builds AI that simulates human decision-making. Companies use our platform to test pricing, messaging, and product ideas before they spend money in the real world, instead of waiting months for unreliable research results.
The category is real, the timing is now, and Subconscious is the only player with paying enterprise customers, a causal AI platform validated at 93% human-level accuracy across 300+ published studies, and led by a founder with two exits.
We're not hiring a salesperson. We're hiring the co-founder who closes the 7-figure deals that define this company's next chapter.
The role
You will own enterprise revenue end-to-end: sourcing, discovery, demo, negotiation, close. You'll build the GTM motion from scratch alongside the founders, set growth strategy at the company level rather than underneath it, and you'll have the equity to match. This is a founding-level equity-position with a seat in the room where the company's direction gets decided.
The buyers you'll be selling to are the same people you've been advising for years: Chief Strategy Officers, CMOs, heads of pricing and product at Fortune 500 companies. You already know how they think. Now you'll be selling them something that replaces the work you used to do for them.

What you'll actually do
- Run the full enterprise sales cycle from first call to signed contract, personally, because at this stage the leader has to be in the room
- Build the sales materials, pitch, and process as you go
- Shape pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning against everyone else racing toward this category
- Feed market signal back into product and pricing decisions
- Help us figure out who our best-fit customers are, since we're still learning this ourselves
- Build and eventually lead the commercial team as we scale
- Represent Subconscious.ai to investors, partners, and press as a member of the founding team
What we're looking for
- Partner-Track ex-MBB (or similar) consultants or BD leaders, with real ownership on client engagements
- You've sat across from a C-suite exec and helped them make a $10M+ decision
- You're done advising and ready to own outcomes
- You want equity over a paycheck and a title. You're looking for the thing you build, not the next rung
- You're comfortable in ambiguity because you'll be writing the playbook, not following one
- You have the credibility and network to open enterprise doors from day one
The honest part
