Job Overview

Swarmia is seeking a RevOps Analyst to support the VP of Sales & Customer Success in driving Swarmia’s go-to-market execution. This is a hybrid role that blends sales operations, business analysis, and executive support. You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps teams to create leverage for leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how a high-performing GTM organization operates. This role is a great fit for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure to SaaS go-to-market operations and the opportunity to grow into a RevOps, Business Operations, or Chief of Staff role over time.

About us

Swarmia is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that helps some of the best software companies in the world, including Miro, Webflow, and Bolt, measure and systematically improve developer productivity and experience. We’ve built an international team of talented people who work from our HQ in Helsinki as well as remotely from the US.

Why you should join

The people: You’ll get very experienced colleagues with wide skillsets and different backgrounds. We pride ourselves in hiring and retaining smart, kind, and helpful people who are guaranteed to both teach you something and learn something from you.

The communication: The psychological safety here is real — people voice their concerns without fear, and we’re fast to try new things and scrap them if they don’t work. We’re deeply invested in the product and can have disagreements, but when we do, it’s always in a professional and empathetic manner. Low hierarchy in practice. No blame culture.

The transparency: We believe in total transparency across departments and leadership. You’ll get full access to all business metrics, leadership team meeting notes, and board meeting memos. We all contribute to this by having our conversations on public Slack channels, openly sharing meeting notes, and collaborating on request for comments (RFC) docs before implementing any bigger changes.

The balance: We’re a startup with the maturity of a more established company. Things just work, but your initiative matters a lot. We maintain a great work-life balance, don’t do any crunching, and keep up a sustainable pace without compromising quality.

Examples of things you'll do

  • Help build and maintain Sales and CS reports and dashboards in CRM and other systems (HubSpot, Looker Studio, BigQuery, Gong and Notion).

  • Support target-setting, forecasting, and performance reporting.

  • Manage one-off analysis on various topics like TAM, segmentation, closed won-lost insights, sales metrics, etc.

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on GTM performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

  • Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for GTM leadership.

  • Monitor and track the health of the sales, highlighting bottlenecks and areas for optimization.

  • Support the optimization and documentation of key Revenue Operations processes to improve efficiency and data quality.

  • Collaborate with the RevOps and Customers teams to ensure data integrity within our CRM and other GTM systems.

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand their reporting needs and provide customized, ad-hoc analyses.

  • Build decks, presentations, reports for leadership and board meetings.

Required skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or quantitative field (Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Engineering) or in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Business Intelligence working with large data sets and synthesizing actionable insights

  • Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., HubSpot, Looker, BigQuery, Excel/Google sheets)

  • Solid understanding of GTM metrics and the revenue lifecycle (Marketing to Sales to Customer Success and to Finance)

  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail and curiosity

  • A proactive attitude — you see problems and solve them before they escalate

  • Excellent communication skills — you can translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively

  • Experience with SQL a plus, but not required

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS or technical products is a plus

Benefits

  • $70,000 – $100,000 annual salary range plus meaningful equity.

  • Comprehensive benefits, including matching 401(k)

  • Flexible model of work - Remote with opportunity to work in our office in New York

  • Great work-life balance — we’re a startup, but we don’t work at an unsustainable pace (many of us have kids and other responsibilities beyond work).
