Top-notch organizational and communication skills are a must to coordinate care across our clinics on wheels. Our rock star supervisor will: Source and acquire new community partner sites; Coordinate community outreach efforts and managing relationships with community and health partners; Oversee clinic staffing needs including staff schedules, patient appointments, and coordination of care teams across multiple locations; Oversee patient intake, medical insurance verification follow-ups, and satisfaction surveys. Identifying opportunities to improve clinic flow and patient experience; Maintaining clinic facilities and manage clinic inventory from medical supplies to technology accessories and parts. Tracking supply needs and placing orders; Ensuring clinic compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality control policies and protocol.
