Thread AI
Thread AI is focused on building an AI-native workflow orchestration engine looking for dedicated individuals to join its growing team. Our goal is to make infrastructure simple for enterprises and public sector agencies seeking to get the most from AI.
Headquartered in New York, our growing team is a group of AI, product, and engineering experts, who have a track record of creating and executing against complex workflows and infrastructure.
Engineering Culture
We're a small and committed technical team that oversees engineering, research, design, product, and operations. We believe that a small dedicated team with a flat structure and collaborative culture can move faster and build better products than large hierarchical organizations.
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will own the entire recruiting process for all technical roles and build our teams from the ground up. You’ll focus on scaling our talent efforts and building a best-in-class process through sourcing, hiring, and everything in between. The ideal candidate is someone passionate about recruiting top talent, building teams, and creating an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Own the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, including defining the job description with the hiring team, sourcing for the best candidates, reviewing and screening candidates, and working with the leadership team to close and extend offers
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and help them meet their goals
Build diverse pipelines of candidates while leveraging LinkedIn sourcing, networking, and other research methods
Design a best-in-class experience for candidates and regularly communicate with them through the recruiting process
Streamline recruiting processes and improve upon what has already been built
Manage additional recruiting-related projects as assigned
What We're Looking For
3+ years of in-house full-cycle technical recruiting experience
Experience recruiting across multiple technical functions/teams preferred
Track record of recruiting and sourcing in a high-growth environment or startup
Demonstrated skills in sourcing, selling, interviewing, and closing candidates unassisted
An understanding of legal, compliance, and HR regulations pertaining to recruiting
Strong project management skills and a proven ability to work cross-functionally, influence decisions, and implement data-driven solutions
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, rapidly-growing workplace
Strong communicator, both written and verbal. Articulates concepts clearly and succinctly. Adjusts communication style based on the audience
Ability to balance changing priorities and execute through ambiguity
Results-driven with a bias for action and commitment to excellence. Self-directed rolls up the sleeves, and engages in all activities with a sense of urgency
Organized with excellent attention to detail.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment of constant change. Manages numerous time-sensitive matters simultaneously.
Collaborative attitude and desire to contribute outside primary areas of responsibility. Inspires others and is highly respected.
Positive, resilient, and open to candid feedback. Listens to and considers alternatives. Makes decisions.
We’re committed to creating a space where our employees can bring their full selves to work and have equal opportunity to succeed. So regardless of race, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, origin, ability, or age, we encourage you to apply!
Don’t meet every single requirement? If you’re excited about this role and the company but your past experience doesn’t align with every qualification, we still encourage you to apply anyway - we'd love to get to know you and see if there's a place for you at Thread!
Compensation
