About the Role:

We’re looking for a Delivery leader to maximize AI ROI for our customers. The Head of Delivery is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. This role requires strategic leadership, effective resource management, and the ability to foster strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management Oversight: Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
• Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate and manage resources, including team members and budgets, to optimize project outcomes.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, to ensure satisfaction, account expansion and address any concerns as they arise.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet or exceed established standards.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project performance and team productivity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, staffing and engineering, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.

About You:

• Experience: 5+ years of consulting and engagement management experience with a proven track record of managing large-scale delivery teams.
