About Tribe:

At Tribe, we’re on a mission to help enterprises realize the value of AI for their business. Today, every large enterprise wants to use AI to transform its business, but they often lack the capabilities to do so. At Tribe, we see this gap as our opportunity.

Tribe is an AI-native services company that helps enterprises build and deploy best-in-class AI products that drive real business outcomes. We operate differently from traditional firms: instead of a fixed bench, we tap into a curated network of 600+ specialized AI engineers and product builders—drawing talent from top tech companies to build agile, high-performing teams custom-fit for each engagement. This model allows us to deliver exceptional results at scale, with speed and precision.

Job Description:

We’re hiring a Revenue & Partner Operations Lead to build the operational engine behind Tribe’s GTM and partner motions. This role is the glue between sales, partnerships, marketing, and delivery—responsible for ensuring our operations are as smart and scalable as the AI solutions we deliver.

At Tribe, we don’t just build AI—we apply its principles to how we work. We’re looking for someone who shares that ethos and can rethink how we operationalize: leveraging automation, tooling, and AI to streamline systems, reduce manual overhead, and enable smarter decisions across the business.

You’ll own the systems, workflows, and insights that enable Tribe to scale efficiently and make high-impact decisions. From pipeline forecasting to partner milestone tracking, you’ll bring structure, visibility, and automation to a fast-growing org where partner-led growth is central to our strategy.

This role blends elements of revenue operations, partner operations, analytics, and program management. If you’re a builder who thrives behind the scenes—designing clean systems, connecting the dots, and making complex workflows feel effortless—this is your seat at the table.

Core Responsibilities:

Design and Scale Operational Infrastructure & Workflow Management

  • Design and maintain scalable systems and workflows that streamline execution across sales, partnerships, marketing, and delivery
  • Own and continuously improve partner ops processes—including deal registration tracking, project milestone alerts, and cross-functional handoffs
  • Maintain and evolve internal tooling (e.g., Airtable, Notion, Salesforce, Clazar) and ensure it supports clarity, accountability and cross-team alignment
  • Regularly assess and refine GTM workflows to reduce friction and future-proof operations as the business grows

Deliver Strategic Insights, Reporting & Impact Visibility

  • Build automated dashboards that track KPIs across both revenue and partner lifecycles
  • Develop a unified insights layer to surface project milestones (e.g., kickoff, completion), delivery progress, and revenue contribution for our partners
  • Provide internal leaders, investors, and partners with clear, high-signal reporting that informs decisions and showcases impact
  • Proactively identify misalignments or blockers across teams and ensure GTM efforts remain aligned and focused
  • Translate data into compelling narratives for QBRs, investor updates and partner communications

Own Pipeline, Forecasting & Attribution Across GTM Channels

  • Monitor pipeline health, deal progression, and stage conversion across stages to identify gaps and accelerate revenue growth
  • Own revenue forecasting–ensuring leadership has visibility into performance against targets and upcoming risks or upside
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene and enforce consistent attribution practices to enable accurate reporting and decision-making
  • Serve as the source of truth for revenue pacing, pipeline coverage, partner impact and GTM performance

Tooling & Technology Enablement

  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of GTM tools including Salesforce, Airtable, Clay, Sybill, and Clazar
  • Identify and integrate AI-driven solutions (e.g., GPTs, LLMs) that improve forecasting accuracy, productivity, and operational scalability
  • Own system performance and configuration, ensuring tools are optimized for company’s evolving GTM strategy

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, partner operations, sales strategy or similar roles at high-growth B2B companies
  • Deep experience building and managing scalable GTM systems in CRM and workflow platforms (Salesforce, Airtable, Notion, Looker/Tableau, Clay, Sybill, Gong).
  • Skilled at turning data into clarity–comfortable building dashboards, defining KPIs, and driving insight-led outcomes
  • Fluent in modern tooling and automation, including prompt engineering and building custom GPTs
  • Detail-oriented, analytical and comfortable managing multiple high-visibility workstreams simultaneously
  • Confident communicator who can translate complexity into clear, concise updates for executive and partner audiences
  • You’re a systems thinker with a strong bias for clarity—comfortable designing workflows, building dashboards, and improving how information flows across teams.
  • You have experience working with or around AI, cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP), or working with PE firms.
