About The Role

Uber is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our US & Canada Mobility Operations team. If you love setting a vision, managing cross-functional partners, pushing projects forward to deliver strategically meaningful results, and solving problems from both 30,000 feet as well as deep in the details, this is the role for you!

We're generating vast amounts of data every day. We use this data to inform everything we do: ensure balance in the marketplace, identify ways to continually make the Uber experience better for earners and riders, deploy incentives and promotions, understand customer behavior, develop and launch new product offerings, and more. Strategic Operations Associates are responsible for developing strategies, such as how we balance our marketplace, target and deploy earner promotions, manage local markets, and identify and solve operational weaknesses. They balance improving or innovating new processes with setting and delivering on goals to meet business needs.

Our Earner Promotions team is a fundamental piece of the Earner Marketplace organization and is responsible for the strategy and deployment of capital in an effort to grow/shape our supply base and maintain competitive positioning. This team is very cross-functional and works closely with Product, Data Science, Marketing, and Finance on a day-to-day basis.
