Uber
About the Team
At Uber, we’ve spent the last three years building and scaling a fast-growing Uber Advertising division focused on unlocking the next era of advertising across our global platforms. With a foundation in place, Uber Advertising now empowers merchants, brands, and advertisers to connect with a highly engaged user base across our Mobility and Delivery apps in 32 markets.
About the Role
Our Entertainment & Media ads business is a key driver of this success, helping leading brands reach customers across the Uber ecosystem. As we enter our next phase of growth, we're looking for a dynamic leader to take our Entertainment & Media advertising efforts to new heights.
As Head of Entertainment & Media, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales and account management organization, rolling into our Head of Auto, Gaming & Entertainment & Media. This team drives revenue across Uber’s Delivery and Mobility platforms, managing an established and growing book of business. You’ll lead our Entertainment & Media Uber Advertising strategy, focusing on strengthening client partnerships, unlocking new growth opportunities, and operationalizing for long-term success.
What You'll Do
- 1. Own and evolve the Entertainment & Media Ads sales and account management strategy with a focus on sustainable growth, client retention, and cross-platform expansion.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Client Partners and Partner Managers, setting clear goals, tracking performance, and coaching top talent.
- Drive continued revenue growth from a maturing business by deepening relationships with key advertisers and unlocking incremental spend opportunities.
- Partner closely with cross-functional leaders (including Marketing, Product, Operations, and Analytics) to align on strategy, priorities, and customer experience.
- Optimize internal processes and tools to scale execution, improve performance visibility, and ensure strong operational rigor.
- Inform product strategy by working closely with the Ads Business Leads & Ads Leadership — advocating for features and solutions that enhance advertiser outcomes across awareness, trial, and conversion.
- Shape go-to-market plans and collateral in partnership with Ads Global Partnership Solutions, ensuring a consistent message across external channels and field teams.
