About the Role

We are seeking a visionary, high-velocity leader to serve as the Head of Growth Strategy for the Americas. Positioned at the intersection of Brand and Performance, you will orchestrate the end-to-end growth funnel to supercharge Uber’s Mobility and Delivery businesses across the region.

This role requires a unique blend of strategic vision, analytical rigor, cross-functional leadership, and executive communication skills. Partnering directly with the Regional Head of Marketing and Regional General Managers, you will evolve our marketing engine to perfectly balance brand equity with performance-driven outcomes. • Funnel Optimization: Own the end-to-end growth funnel, identifying levers to accelerate user acquisition, retention, and frequency across diverse markets.
  • Integrated Planning: In partnership with Regional Marketing Ops drive annual and ongoing regional planning cycles, translating high-level business goals into actionable, scalable marketing workstreams across the regions
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Brand and Performance teams to ensure a unified "Full Funnel" approach where creative excellence meets data-driven execution.
  • Partner with Regional Marketing Ops and General Managers to align marketing spend with operational realities (e.g., driver supply, courier density, and local marketplace health).
  • Utilize data-driven insights to pivot strategies in real-time, responding to competitive threats or emerging market opportunities.
  • Synthesize complex growth metrics into compelling narratives for the Americas leadership team, providing clear recommendations for investment and resource allocation.
  • Empower and guide a dedicated team, fostering a culture of accountability to consistently exceed performance benchmarks.
