About the Role

Uber Eats is seeking an experienced Strategic Partner Success Manager to join our US&C Delivery Integrations team. Reporting to the Head of Partner Success, this role will own the strategy, operational performance, and long-term growth of Uber's most strategic integration partners, including POS providers, middleware platforms, and other technology partners.

This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of Strategy & Operations, Product, Partnerships, and Commercial. Success requires combining analytical rigor with strong business judgment to solve complex business problems, build scalable operating models, influence product roadmap, and lead strategic initiatives that accelerate merchant acquisition, product adoption, and business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Own the strategy, operational performance, and long-term growth of a portfolio of Uber's most strategic integration partners.
  • Develop partnership strategies that accelerate merchant acquisition, product adoption, operational excellence, and commercial growth while supporting Uber's broader marketplace objectives.
  • Analyze business and partner performance to identify growth opportunities, operational risks, and investment priorities, translating data into strategic recommendations.
  • Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning with partner leadership, aligning on priorities and driving accountability across organizations.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Commercial, Marketing, and Business Development, influencing product roadmap and driving execution from concept through implementation.
  • Design scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and performance management processes that improve execution and partnership outcomes.
  • Develop business cases, evaluate trade-offs, and recommend strategic investments using data-driven analysis and sound business judgment.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new integration capabilities in partnership with Product Marketing, Commercial Enablement, and Sales.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and strengthen Uber's competitive position.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Business Planning, Management Consulting, Strategic Partnerships, Product Operations, or a related function within a technology company.
  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with experience developing business cases, evaluating trade-offs, and driving strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, including data analysis, financial modeling, performance tracking, and structured problem solving.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Business Development.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and present executive-level recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing strategic technology partnerships, platform ecosystems, or enterprise software integrations.
  • Experience working with APIs, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software.
  • Experience in marketplaces, restaurant technology, food delivery, or B2B software companies.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong ownership mindset.
  • Experience with SQL, business intelligence tools, or AI-enabled analytical tools.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.

For New York City, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $162,000 per year - USD $180,000 per year.

You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
