About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving net new business growth across Uber Eats’ Enterprise segment. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline development through negotiation and close, working to sign strategic enterprise partners and expand Uber’s presence in the market. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, using data, business insight, and a clear value proposition to build compelling narratives that resonate with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
You will work closely with cross-functional partners across legal, operations, product, finance, and customer success to structure solutions, align internal stakeholders, and ensure a seamless path to launch and adoption. This role requires strong commercial judgment, executive presence, and the ability to manage complex sales motions with discipline and urgency.
What You'll Do
- Sales Leadership & New Business Growth: Take ownership of a new business pipeline, with primary responsibility for identifying, developing, and closing enterprise opportunities.
- Strategic Prospecting & Account Planning: Build and execute targeted strategies to engage prospective enterprise partners, tailoring outreach and positioning to each account’s business needs.
- Revenue Generation & Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed new business targets and quotas by advancing high-value opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Executive Relationship Building: Develop trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders across prospective accounts.
- Value Proposition Positioning: Articulate Uber’s business value clearly and credibly across multiple levels of the client organization.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Lead commercial discussions, present tailored solutions, and negotiate deal terms that support strong business outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal stakeholders across legal, finance, product, operations, and customer success to drive alignment and execution.
- Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, provide reliable forecasts, and manage key milestones with rigor.
- Market & Product Expertise: Stay current on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and Uber Eats product capabilities to position the company effectively in the market.
Basic Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in enterprise business development, enterprise account executive, or strategic partnerships, with a focus on net new business growth.
- Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Skilled in negotiating complex agreements and closing deals efficiently.
- Exceptional attention to detail in managing pipeline, deal execution, and internal and external work products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives, senior leaders, and key stakeholders.
- Ability to understand client business needs, challenges, and objectives, and translate them into compelling commercial solutions.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- A strategic mindset with a proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment with a proactive, results-driven mindset.

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $223,333 - USD $248,333. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $134,000 per year - USD $149,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $89,333 - USD $99,333.
For New York City, NY-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $248,333 - USD $276,667. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $149,000 per year - USD $166,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $99,333 - USD $110,667.
The cash variable incentive target is based on individual sales performance and its payment is based on the terms of the Sales Incentive Plan.
An equity award and other forms of compensation may be included in the offer. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
