Responsibilities
- Accountable for generating new business revenue.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Ensure 100% self-sufficiency and accountability in quoting, demos, POCs, and RFP responses, while minimizing sales overhead.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience
- 6+ years data center/baremetal industry experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
