Description

We are looking for a passionate Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Project Manager, Marketing Ops & Creative, your job will be to work closely with the other members of our Creative, Culinary and Customer Experience teams in our continued effort to inspire people to eat more plants!

Were looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere, and who are comfortable being the last set of eyes on detailed information that is visible to our customers. This role is a unique opportunity to collaborate with Creative and Culinary teams, while keeping Customer Experience at the forefront of all that we do.

Location

  • Purple Carrot HQ is in Needham, MA and prefers local candidates to work in a hybrid model.

On the Plate

  • Manage the Menu Publishing process which includes both the input of appropriate recipe data as well as ensuring a quality assurance check is completed for all new menus added to site each week
  • Upload imagery and descriptions for all product lines - new and existing - including Meal Kits, Ready to Eat, and Grocery
  • Transfer all recipe data from the teams shared Menu Planner document into our recipe management system known as Galley on a bi-weekly basis
  • Identify ingredient 1:1 optimizations for monthly Menu Planning by determining which ingredients need to be swapped in / out
  • Determine rankings for default meal options in Menu Planner each month
  • Input recipe data for both Nutrition and Production for our Ready to Eat product line and share out with partners accordingly on a quarterly basis
  • Respond to Galley Help Desk Tickets submitted in regard to recipe data issues (units of measurement, ingredients builds, etc.) as they come in
  • Provide customer communications support as needed, on a weekly basis

Main Ingredients for the Role

  • 1-3 years of detailed data entry, administrative and customer support experience
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Ability to communicate with cross-functional teams, sometimes simultaneously,
    in a streamlined and efficient manner
  • Highly organized and capable of learning processes quickly
  • Comfortable with navigating Dropbox, and respective team file structures that represent different workflows
  • Patient, positive-attitude, and flexible to last minute requests / changes, and required troubleshooting
  • Ability to operate independently and manage time efficiently
  • Confident working in a process driven environment including navigating systems such as Asana, GSuite, Excel and Galley
