About the Role:

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the AuraX team, which is chartered with developing the longer-term roadmap for Auras offerings in the area of intelligent safety for families. Youll contribute to developing a world class user experience on multiple platforms help position Aura as the authority on doing AI right while creating world-class user experience on multiple platforms. Youll contribute to building best-in-class AI, Data, and emerging capabilities for Aura. As part of the team, your goals will be to help create high customer satisfaction and retention through the creation of industry leading intelligent protection experiences. Your work will have a large impact on shaping the experience people have as they use Aura to protect themselves and their families.

Day to Day:

• Actively practice and evangelize customer-centric thinking.
• Own and drive the design problems from ideation to execution.
• Craft contextual experiences across multiple platforms while maintaining a consistent brand experience.
• Evolve the product experience and design system to new levels of accessibility, usability, and beauty.
• Collaborate closely with the Data Science and Development teams in a lean and highly iterative design and development process.
• Deeply understand the user needs and the business goals and be able to balance them.
• Use quantitative data and qualitative feedback to inform the design decisions iteratively.
• Create user scenarios, user journey, wireframes, UI designs and prototypes throughout the full cycle of product development.
• Deliver the high-fidelity assets and specs ready for the development cross-platform.
• Conduct user research utilizing industry accepted methodologies: user interviews, contextual inquiry, focus groups, heuristic evaluation, surveys, and competitive analysis, to understand users needs and expectations.
• Synthesizing research findings and creating product recommendations

What you bring to the table:

• Must have experience building Product Design solutions 0 to 1
• Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills and high design caliber; you must provide a link to your portfolio (and password if applicable) to be considered for this role.
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience as a product/UX designer in a relevant direct to consumer industry
• Fluency in the latest product design trends, tools and technology cross platform

It would be great if you also had:

• Prior design experience in financial, privacy, or security industries are a plus but not required.
• Motion design skills are a plus.

Pay range for this position is $120,000 - $175,000 but may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
