Program Manager - AI Data Collection and Generative AI

Join our team as a Program Manager to manage AI Data Collection and Generative AI Projects. You will play a key role in shaping the future of AI projects and get in on the ground floor of Generative AI testing and user feedback projects.

This role is for one of our largest strategic accounts. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that all programs are successful and maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You will partner with sales, customer operations, and our community teams to ensure successful delivery and build trusted customer relationships.

Your Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management within the AI sector either as a PM or TPM
  • Track record of successfully delivering AI projects
  • Proactive approach to project management, with a strong track record of building rapport with teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated upselling skills

Your Skills

  • Strong understanding of the AI sector, including familiarity with Generative AI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, capable of managing complex projects.
  • Strong ability to monitor project timelines, track progress against KPIs, and mitigate risks

Salary range for this position is included in accordance with current state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, experience, and performance in the role.

Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000
