The Crown Is Yours

As an Associate Product Manager, you will help create a best-in-class hospitality and gifting platform while also owning the customer-facing Native Search platform. What youll do as an Associate Product Manager:

  • Partner with the Hospitality and Gifting teams to evaluate current tools, identify friction points, and improve tracking and analysis capabilities. Youll identify ways to reduce customer and employee friction while improving our ability to more easily track and analyze reinvestment

  • Develop a holistic Native Search roadmap that includes expanding search capabilities to more verticals, while driving greater customer experiences.

  • Translate player needs into clear and detailed product requirements and user stories, ensuring a shared understanding across cross-functional teams.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the successful development, testing, and delivery of customer experience platform features and enhancements.

  • Collaborate with analytics teams to create data-driven strategies and A/B tests based on analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance, track user adoption, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly servicing tool interfaces, optimizing the user journey and driving customer satisfaction.

What you'll bring:

  • At least 1 year in product management driving successful product development and delivery.

  • Passion for improving the customer and employee experience and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues.

  • Experience with software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.

  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

  • Ability to effectively partner cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and manage projects.

  • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $77,280.00 - $115,920.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
