Reporting to the Senior Director, Consulting, the Manager, Consulting will be responsible for the people management of 6-8 consultants within a Consulting Pod and the delivery governance of 6+ accounts within a Customer Portfolio.A

A typical day will include...

• Responsible for key success metrics for their Consulting Pod including billable targets, utilization and CSAT, Responsible for training and oversight of onboarding of new consultants.

• Partnering with clients to identify key business objectives, ensuring high quality output of client deliverables.

• Manage escalated situations, establish appropriate remediation plans, and execute the plan to remedy the situation.

• Managing a team of 6-8 Consultants responsible for delivery of solutions on Bullhorn's SaaS platform, coaching and development of the Consulting Team.

• Performance management including team 1:1s forecasting and workload analysis and balancing, encouraging direct reports to take ownership of their personal career path.

• Developing and maintaining relationships with PS leadership, Product and Sales Leaders, engaging cross functionally in Professional Services to ensure accurate forecasting and load balancing.

This role is a fit for you if...

• You enjoy leading and participating in cross functional teams in the development and completion of key efficiency and optimization initiatives

• You have 1-3 years of experience leading and growing teams of all levels and 7-9 years' experience in staffing and/ OR Implementation/consulting experience of SAAS applications

• You have excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to work with all levels of individuals in an organization and excellent presentation skills

• You have experience with operational reporting analysis and output

• You can demonstrate strong facilitation, negotiation, interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills

• You quickly understand organizational dynamics and management priorities, and to be able to work effectively in a fast paced, results driven company
