Please note that this role is mainly remote but will require sporadic trips to the Boston office (circa 2-3 per month, sometimes at short notice) so being commutable to Boston is essential.

As an Accounts Payable Supervisor you will work closely with the Accounting team to ensure successful completion of time & expense (T&E) and invoice payments in a timely manner and supervise a staff of two Accounts Payable Specialists.

A typical day might include:

• Review activities of Accounts Payable Specialists

• Communicate with and resolve queries from both vendors and our internal colleagues

• Accurately and quickly input data into the system and detect and correct data entry errors at time of data entry.

• Exercise judgement in evaluating completeness and accuracy of invoices submitted for payment.

• Provide support with administrative tasks in the Accounting department

• Ad-hoc projects for A/P and Accounting teams

• Drive weekly payment runs to ensure all vendors are paid per the terms of the agreements

• Bi-weekly entry of all T&E for Bullhorn

• Guide and develop Accounts Payable Specialists
