This role is essential for building scalable community programs that will drive engagement, adoption, and advocacy for PERSUIT, ultimately enhancing brand visibility, retention, and growth. Youll help all of our PERSUIT employees amplify and scale the PERSUIT brand via community advocacy programs that will drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a program-oriented leader with deep experience in building and managing structured community engagement programs, an understanding of the legal industry, and the ability to establish frameworks that enable peer-to-peer connections, thought leadership, and advocacy.

What Youll Be Doing

Program Development & Execution

  • Design and implement comprehensive, scalable community advocacy programs that engage legal executives, driving awareness and engagement with PERSUITs products.
  • Develop foundational frameworks for peer-to-peer learning, collaboration, recognition programs (e.g., awards), industry discussions and knowledge sharing among community members.
  • Lead our customer and law firm advisory boards.
  • Support planning and execution of events (both virtual and in-person) to connect community members and facilitate discussions on industry trends, challenges, and solutions.

Operationalizing Advocacy Initiatives

  • Create and manage programs that support the identification and nurturing of community advocates within the legal executive network.
  • Develop and implement tools and processes to track advocacy activities, including referrals, testimonials, case studies, and executive participation in events or content creation.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer experience and marketing to develop structured matchmaking programs that connect existing PERSUIT customers with mapped prospective customers, enabling advocacy to drive pipeline growth.

Content & Thought Leadership Programs

  • Work with the marketing team to develop content programs that amplify the voices of legal executives and promote PERSUITs thought leadership in the legal industry.
  • Create opportunities for internal PERSUIT team members and community members to contribute to articles, whitepapers, webinars, and other content that showcases their expertise and insights.
  • Partner with industry influencers and experts to integrate fresh perspectives into community content, ensuring ongoing relevance and engagement.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Program Alignment

  • Collaborate with customer experience, marketing, product, and sales teams to align community programs with broader company objectives, ensuring they complement the customer journey and enhance the overall experience.
  • Establish feedback loops between the community and internal teams to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer success initiatives.

Program Measurement & Reporting

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of community programs on engagement, advocacy, and sales opportunities.
  • Regularly report on program effectiveness, growth, and how community advocacy is influencing the sales pipeline and customer retention.

  • Exceptional ability to build frameworks, processes, and tools that enable community growth and participation.
  • Understanding of the legal industry, with the ability to design programs that resonate with CLOs, GCs, and Deputy GCs.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
