Position Overview:

Waave Mobility Inc. is seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is not only a strategic thinker but also possesses hands-on skills to build a new website and manage our social media presence effectively. Additional design skills preferred.

This is a full-time hybrid role located in New York, NY with flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy:

- Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy to promote Waave Mobility Inc. in the competitive rideshare and taxi market.

- Identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform, and convert.

2. Website Development:

- Spearhead the creation of a new company website, ensuring it aligns with brand identity and effectively communicates our value proposition.

- Collaborate with web developers and designers to optimize user experience and functionality.

3. Social Media Management:

- Manage and grow Waave Mobility Inc.'s presence across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.

- Create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and posts, to engage our audience and drive brand awareness.

4. Content Creation:

- Develop high-quality, impactful content for various marketing channels, including website copy, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media content.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, website traffic, and social media engagement.

- Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies for maximum impact.

6. Experience with UI/UX design


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

- Demonstrated ability to create and launch a new website.

- Proficient in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.

- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.

-Experience in the transportation industry is a plus.
