Warby Parker is on the lookout for a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to join our Product Strategy team and lead our day-to-day supply chain activities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring we have the right processes, partners, and technology in place to store inventory and execute transfers effectively, supporting growth and maintaining costs. You will manage our relationships with third-party partners to ensure that all of our daily warehousing, receiving, distribution, and reverse logistics activities operate smoothly. What you’ll do:

  • Manage third-party supply chain partner relationships for core contacts and glasses inventory, as well as AI glasses products, driving partner performance through strategic feedback and real-time data sharing to meet scaling business needs
  • Identify, develop, and maintain KPI and SLA reporting for each 3PL to hold them accountable
  • Lead regular business and operation reviews
  • Validate and manage all supply chain costs
  • Determine strategy and budget for overall warehousing and transferring needs based on growth plans
  • Partner with internal and external technology teams to design, mitigate, and solve system and integration issues in a timely manner
  • Support leadership in ensuring company-wide strategic needs are met by implementing process improvements, tools, and reporting
  • Develop and maintain pipelines for logistics tasks and technology, ensuring we are aware of the latest industry developments and have options for business continuity planning
  • Manage and develop a Supply Chain Coordinator

Who you are:

  • Backed by 5+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution, operations, or another related field
  • A highly analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail
  • Able to independently identify, communicate, and solve problems
  • Strong relationship manager and communicator who can collaborate effectively
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
  • A self-starter who’s comfortable navigating uncharted territory
  • Effective project manager and leader
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data analysis tools
  • Equipped with a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or another related field
  • Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra credit:

  • Familiarity with Oracle, Anaplan, Looker, or WMS systems
  • Experience managing a team
