Warby Parker is on the lookout for a Senior Manager, Contact Lens Business to lead the strategic expansion and comprehensive day-to-day operations of our rapidly growing contact lens category. In this role, you will hold the keys to the contact lens P&L, designing growth strategies that keep our customers happy and our business scaling smoothly. You will serve as the ultimate cross-functional hub, blending deep analytical insights with relationship savvy to orchestrate a 360-degree view of the business alongside our key commercial and logistics partners. You will also support the Senior Director of the Contact Lens Business on other lifetime value driving initiatives, such as our glasses paid protection program.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the contact lens P&L, driving end-to-end strategic development, financial planning, and cross-functional execution to accelerate top-line and bottom-line growth
  • Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with major third-party manufacturing partners (including Acuvue, Bausch + Lomb, CooperVision, and Alcon), driving budget negotiations, co-marketing initiatives, and joint revenue-driving business strategies
  • Manage our external third-party fulfillment and distribution partner, owning end-to-end logistics KPIs to ensure exceptional delivery experiences and seamless operational workflows
  • Act as the resident expert on customer behaviors and product trends, collaborating with Marketing, Tech, and Retail teams to synthesize data and insights into a strategic roadmap for the contact lens business
  • Lead the strategy, roadmap, and performance metrics for our core and AI glasses business paid protection program to maximize attachment rates and program success

  • A relationship-savvy collaborator who excels at navigating complex external partnership dynamics and leading cross-functional internal initiatives
  • Proactive, organized, and entirely comfortable balancing high-level commercial strategy with deep operational execution
  • Driven by metrics, with a proven track record of managing supplier KPIs, optimizing P&Ls, and scaling premium product categories

Extra Credit:

  • Proficient with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or advanced SQL
  • Deep familiarity with the eye care, telehealth, or optical retail landscape
  • Experience managing consumer subscription or retail warranty and protection programs
