Role Overview

We're looking for a Growth Engineer to build and optimize our user acquisition and revenue growth systems. You'll leverage your technical expertise to implement data-driven solutions, optimize conversion funnels, and develop scalable growth experiments. You'll work at the intersection of engineering, product, and marketing to drive measurable business impact through technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement technical growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization

  • Build and maintain our growth tech stack, including analytics tools, testing frameworks, and automation systems

  • Develop scalable solutions for user segmentation, personalization, and targeted campaigns

  • Create data pipelines and dashboards to monitor key growth metrics and provide actionable insights

  • Execute rapid A/B tests and multivariate experiments with statistical rigor

  • Optimize conversion funnels through technical improvements and user experience enhancements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement growth opportunities

  • Stay current with technical growth trends and share knowledge company-wide

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on growth, product, or full-stack development

  • Strong programming skills in at least one modern language (Python, JavaScript, etc.)

  • Experience with web technologies, APIs, and front-end frameworks

  • Proven track record of implementing technical solutions that drove measurable business growth

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and SQL

  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis

  • Familiarity with growth metrics, funnel optimization, and user acquisition strategies

  • Proficiency with automation tools and workflow optimization

  • Ability to balance technical depth with business impact

  • SMB tech company and startup experience preferred
