SUMMARY

The Business Apps team at Wiz is seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Analyst to join us. You will be responsible for understanding the needs of our business stakeholders across multiple organizations within Wiz and recommending systems solutions that fit their goals and initiatives. You will document these needs as business requirements and translate them to technical tasks within Jira for the Admins and Developers. You will also be responsible for coordinating feature launches, enablement for newly built functionality, and communications to the business announcing the delivery of new projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities, business processes, and sales operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Gather requirements from business stakeholders to organize technical projects for our Admins and Developers in Jira.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Design and implement Salesforce system changes to improve productivity, data accuracy, and overall system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and ensure Salesforce system aligns with the business needs.
  • Maintain data integrity by implementing data quality control procedures and performing regular data audits.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and new features to ensure the system is optimized to its fullest potential.
  • Participate in Salesforce projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Assist with maintaining integrations with other tools, such as Zoominfo, Gong, and Sales Navigator.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 3+ years of relevant experience with Salesforce.
  • You like rolling up your sleeves and pouring through data for irregularities and inconsistencies.
  • You have a knack for finding simple solutions to problems in order to increase the productivity of your stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Great sense of prioritization and time management.
  • You are comfortable working effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches.
  • Strong understanding of core business processes across organizations, including sales, marketing, product development, customer support and success, professional services.
