About the role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our Recipe Data Management System—a critical tool that serves as a central hub for data across our culinary production and operations. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, technical teams, and downstream product groups to launch new features and improve operational processes. This role may require occasional travel to our Parsippany, NJ office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Coordinate with business operations and technical teams to align on and build features to support critical data needs and workflow updates.

  • Timeline & Dependency Management: Oversee project timelines, anticipate dependencies, and proactively resolve challenges to keep initiatives on track.

  • Process Optimization & Operational Efficiency: Build and refine workflows to enhance scalability and efficiency, balancing capacity and resource constraints.

  • System Design & Data Governance: Shape robust system designs and data models, focusing on bill-of-materials data accuracy and maintaining strong data governance practices.

  • Agile & Iterative Product Development: Lead agile processes, including sprint planning and iterative improvements, while delivering clear PRDs and Jira tickets in collaboration with engineering, TPMs, and design teams.

The experience you have

  • 3-5 years of product management experience in process-oriented or operational roles.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.

  • Strong process-oriented, operational mindset with experience managing complex workflows and dependencies.

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with both structured and unstructured data models.

  • Experience with agile methodologies, including sprint planning and iterative development, paired with excellent skills in writing clear PRDs and Jira tickets.

  • Nice-to-Have: Comfort with AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, v0) and either experience with or interest in generative AI implementations.

Base Salary:
