About the role
We are seeking experienced Senior Associate HR Shared Services to provide advanced operational support within our HR Shared Services Center of Excellence. This role requires deep HR process expertise and technical proficiency to handle complex HR transactions and support service delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced HR Service Support (45%)
• Handle complex HR transactions and escalated inquiries requiring senior-level expertise
• Execute multi-step HR processes including compensation changes, leave administration, and employee relations documentation
• Maintain accurate records in multiple HR systems and databases, to support analytics in decision-making
• Process sensitive HR documentation according to established procedures
• Support benefits administration and complex leave management scenarios
Technical Process Execution (35%)
• Execute advanced HR processes following standardized procedures
• Review and quality check HR documentation and data entry
• Use HR analytics tools to compile and format service metrics
• Maintain compliance with HR policies, procedures, and state/federal regulatory requirements
• Provide technical guidance to team members on complex processes
• Test system updates and provide detailed feedback
Specialized Support Activities (20%)
• Document complex process steps and technical procedures
• Provide input on process improvement opportunities
• Train new team members on technical procedures
• Participate in system testing and validation
• Support special projects requiring advanced technical expertise that include process improvements, system upgrades, and organizational changes
The experience you have
• 3-5 years of HR operations or shared services experience
• Advanced knowledge of HR processes, systems, and compliance requirements
• Proven experience handling complex HR transactions and escalations
• Strong technical proficiency with HRIS and HR technology platforms
• Excellent documentation and technical writing skills
• Advanced problem-solving capabilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, or equivalent)
• Experience with multiple HRIS platforms
• Knowledge of HR compliance requirements across multiple states
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Experience in training or mentoring others on technical procedures

Role Details
• Full-time 40 hours
• Office environment with extended computer use
• May require occasional schedule adjustments to meet business needs

The ideal candidate will combine advanced HR technical expertise with strong execution skills and a commitment to operational excellence. Success in this role requires the ability to handle complex HR transactions while maintaining strict adherence to established procedures and compliance requirements.
Compensation: $82,000 - $92,750
