About the role
Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, you’ll be taking ownership of the positioning, messaging, and branding of our product portfolio. As the Product Marketing Senior Manager, you will ideate, create and distribute promotional/GTM campaigns, lead the charge on developing and managing the marcomms strategy, and educate customers on the value and benefits of Blue Apron through brand and product marketing channels. Responsibilities include:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, menu innovations, and seasonal offerings.
Identify the target audience and develop product positioning, communications, messaging, value props, driven by customer insights to drive adoption and retention.
Partner with culinary and creative team on pricing and packaging strategy and execution.
Operating in a highly cross-functional role partnering closely with teams across Product, Culinary, CRM, Tech, Design, Brand, Analytics, UX Research, PR, Social, and Growth Marketing to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Leverage data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and iterate based on insights. Continuously test new approaches to improve conversion and retention metrics.
Developing and aligning online and offline marketing campaigns in collaboration with channel owners
Creating the product marketing roadmap, and analyzing campaign performance across activation, engagement and retention
The experience you have
5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of launching physical products.
Proven success in launching and scaling products through marketing initiatives.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.

You have strong project management, organization, prioritization, and communication skills with attention to detail and the proven ability to build relationships and coordinate multiple projects across various teams
You are a self-motivated and energetic individual with a high level of initiative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with ambiguity, and has a passion for continuous improvement
You have an analytical mindset, with proficiency in tracking and reporting campaign performance metrics.
You have a passion for food, culinary innovation, and delivering best-in-class customer experiences.
Base Salary: $157,500
