About the role
Wonder Hospitality Group (WHG), a newly formed division within Wonder, is building a category-defining hospitality platform—blending culinary innovation with world-class operations. As part of our founding team, we’re seeking a Go-To-Market Lead to shape and execute the commercial and operational success of our standalone locations and integrated brand experiences.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution—with P&L ownership, integration leadership, and high-impact cross-functional collaboration. You will serve as a key strategic partner to senior leaders across marketing, culinary, operations, and product as we scale a new hospitality ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Own and Drive Business Performance
- Lead P&L strategy and execution for all standalone WHG locations
- Develop, test, and refine GTM strategies to optimize revenue, margins, and guest experience
- Track performance KPIs and course-correct with agility across markets
Lead Integration of Acquired Brands
- Oversee operational integration of acquired hospitality brands into the Wonder platform
- Drive adoption of Wonder systems and processes across brands while preserving culinary identity
- Ensure HDR Ops teams implement WHG brand and cuisine standards across all locations
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as a strategic connector across Culinary, Tech, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to align on GTM roadmaps and integration timelines
- Influence decision-making across the org through data, insights, and operational expertise
Strategic Execution at Speed
- Build, launch, and optimize GTM plans for new units and regional expansions
- Identify risks and opportunities in real time, adjusting execution strategies accordingly
- Bring structure to ambiguity and momentum to complexity
The experience you have
- 4–7 years of experience in GTM, Strategy, Operations, or related roles
- Experience in hospitality, consumer services, foodtech, or high-growth environments
- M&A integration experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
Base Salary: $134,000
