About the Role
Wonder is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead active customer growth and lifetime value for the company’s flagship restaurant / delivery business and app platform. Reporting to the SVP/General Manager of Wonder, this leader will have ownership of Brand, Performance and Retention Marketing. Specific responsibilities include:
Own and drive a holistic marketing and growth strategy to rapidly scale the Consumer business, delivering on business KPIs and overall performance
Develop strategic, omni-channel marketing plans inclusive of launching new marketing channels and optimizing / evolving existing channels
Closely monitor business performance daily, identifying performance drivers and reacting quickly and strategically
Ensure continued performance of existing locations while developing and executing an ambitious expansion plan for new locations
Partner closely with other commercial functions (merchandising, product, creative, etc.) to drive active customer growth
Strengthen partnerships with external vendors and media companies
Experience Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a full-stack marketer, managing brand and growth marketing teams within an omnichannel environment
Deep fluency in acquisition and retention marketing across channels such as TV/Video, Social, Podcasts/Radio, Print, Email and more
Track record of building marketing programs from the ground-up
Strong commercial orientation, understanding of consumer behavior and competitive dynamics
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
Proven talent magnet who has built and maintained high-performing teams.
Base Salary:
$275,000.00 per year.
