About the Role
As an Account Manager at Tastemade, you’ll be an essential partner in bringing creative, high-performing campaigns to life—from pitch to performance. Sitting at the intersection of media strategy, storytelling, and client service, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is passionate about digital media across streaming, social, branded content, and commerce. You’ll work closely with our Account Executives for brand campaigns, supporting the pre-sales strategy and post-sales campaign management, ensuring seamless execution, performance optimization, and client satisfaction.
This role reports into the Account Management and Research Director sitting within the Sales & Partner Experience team and working closely with Sales, Brand Strategy, Creative, Production, and Insights.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales, Ad Ops, and Brand Strategy to develop effective campaign strategy and media plans designed to deliver on advertiser KPIs (distribution, pricing, targeting, and outcomes)
Serve as the main post-sale point of contact for clients—overseeing communication, asset/tag implementation, content scheduling, KPI tracking, billing, and reporting
Own campaign execution from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of all deliverables and a seamless client experience
Monitor campaign performance, lead ongoing optimization efforts, and translate data into actionable insights
Craft and present final wrap reports that highlight platform and creative performance, showcase learnings, and provide data-backed recommendations to drive renewals
Identify and surface upsell or renewal opportunities by understanding client goals and campaign outcomes
Support pre-sale efforts with research and insights to enhance proposals and strategic narratives
Develop a deep understanding of Tastemade’s ad product offerings and apply them effectively to media planning and execution
Manage the full lifecycle of third-party studies (e.g., brand lift), including setup, implementation, and post-campaign analysis
Act as an internal project manager—streamlining cross-functional workflows from pre-sale to post-sale, ensuring alignment across internal teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with advertiser and agency stakeholders
The experience you have
2–3 years of experience in digital media, ideally with account management or customer success experience
A strong understanding of digital advertising, media planning, and campaign execution, particularly across social and video platforms
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
A mix of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving to build and optimize strategic media plans
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting to both internal stakeholders and clients
Experience working on branded content, influencer, or creator-led campaigns is a strong plus
Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace (e.g., Sheets, Slides)
Familiarity with social analytics platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Analytics
Bonus: Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini)
A collaborative, can-do attitude and a passion for storytelling, creativity, and Tastemade’s mission
A strong sense of ownership and the ability to independently manage projects with minimal oversight
Base Salary:
$65,000-$76,000
