About the role
Wonder is looking for a strategic and technically fluent Senior Product Manager to lead our Search & Discovery experience. This role will drive the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for how customers discover and navigate our restaurant assortment—through search, curated collections, and personalized recommendations.
You’ll own the ranking and presentation of restaurants across the browse funnel and partner closely with data science, machine learning, and design to evolve how we surface the most relevant, high-performing, and high-converting options to every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Define the product strategy for Search & Discovery, including ranking, filtering, and personalized recommendations across the app
Improve our search engine algorithms, query understanding, and UX to help users find what they want faster—and discover new favorites
Own the taxonomy and logic powering collection pages and category curation, balancing user relevance with business objectives
Partner with ML and DS teams to design and deploy personalized recommendation models
Build and maintain dashboards to monitor feature performance, and independently run A/B tests to optimize conversion and retention
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and marketing to create a seamless discovery experience from homepage to checkout
The experience you have
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in marketplaces, consumer tech, or personalization/search domains
Deep understanding of search systems, recommendation engines, or ranking algorithms
Strong analytical and technical aptitude; comfortable collaborating with data science and ML teams
Self-sufficient with product analytics—can write your own queries, interpret results, and act on data
Strong UX sensibility and a passion for simplifying complex navigation and browse experiences

Base Salary: $168,000 - $184,500 per year.
