About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated associate to support Wonder’s print and offline marketing efforts, including direct mail, shared mail, package inserts, and flyers. In this role, you’ll help manage campaigns end-to-end, from planning and setup through reporting and optimization. You’ll also help oversee promo code operations across campaigns, ensuring accurate execution and performance tracking.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is excited to gain hands-on experience in growth marketing, work cross-functionally, and grow into greater ownership over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and measurement of offline marketing campaigns.
- Partner with analytics and channel leads to track KPIs and measure campaign
- Assist in managing promo code operations, including setup, monitoring, and reporting
- Work with external vendors and agencies to ensure campaigns launch on time and meet quality standards.
- Contribute to test-and-learn initiatives to improve targeting, creative, and ROI.
- Support the expansion and development of our marketing mix across offline channels.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, media, or a related field (internships and agency experience welcome).
- Familiarity with marketing KPIs and a general understanding of performance marketing.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfort working in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with Looker is a plus but not required.
- A proactive attitude and desire to learn in a high-growth environment.

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
