About the Role

As an Associate on the Merchandising team, you’ll play a key role in bringing our menu and product experience to life for customers. Sitting at the intersection of food, tech, and operations, you’ll oversee the setup, accuracy, and optimization of our digital merchandising. You’ll manage menu updates, coordinate weekly launches, and drive improvements that make our ordering experience seamless and crave-worthy.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the ins and outs of merchandising in a fast-paced, growing brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritization and Execution: Own Wonder’s internal menu systems and day-to-day merchandising operations.
    • Maintain and update product listings, pricing, imagery, and descriptions to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand standards
    • Document merchandising processes and help streamline workflows
    • Identify and troubleshoot any merchandising discrepancies or app-related issues to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Culinary, Supply Chain, Ops, Marketing) to refresh and optimize the app and website experience for customers, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the end-to-end merchandising experience
  • Performance Optimization and Monitoring: Run A/B experiments and data-driven initiatives to improve customer engagement and conversion. Analyze merchandising performance, identify trends, and surface insights to drive strategic decisions

The Experience You Have

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy; able to execute and maintain clean data and error-free updates
  • Analytical mindset with curiosity to understand how updates impact customer experience and business performance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to partner across teams to execute projects smoothly
  • Self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and proactively identifies issues or opportunities for improvement
  • Passion for food, digital experiences, and creating great customer journeys is a plus

Base Salary Range: $82,000-$96,000 per year.

Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
