Workstream is fully remote with talent hubs in New York City and Atlanta.
Opportunity and Role
Workstream is looking for an energetic, high potential Demand Generation Manager to join our rapidly growing business. This person should have a passion for building technology business from the ground up, be willing to roll up their sleeves, and have the experience or potential to hire and grow a team.
The ideal candidate should feel comfortable owning our b2b marketing infrastructure, have experience managing demand generation and customer acquisition campaigns, and previous exposure to early stage startup environments. Direct experience working at a data & analytics company is a major bonus.
This role will report directly to our Founder and CEO, and collaborate closely with our early sales team.
2+ years experience in b2b demand generation
Entrepreneurial, roll up the sleeves attitude; comfortable leading projects to completion with loose oversight and/or incomplete information
Previous early stage startup experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Standing up and managing our demand generation team and customer acquisition activities
Developing and executing short and long term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and sales pipeline
Monitoring and optimizing marketing campaigns and programs
Assist in content development to engage customers throughout the customer lifecycle
Work closely with company leadership and our sales organization to refine ideal customer profile, messaging and campaign tactics
Measuring and analyzing campaign and marketing performance, including collaborating with leadership to optimize the contribution of marketing activities
Previous experience working at a data & analytics company
Generalist marketing experience (i.e, beyond demand generation)
Prior direct exposure to data teams
Prior experience managing people and teams
