  • Analyze customer behavior, conversion rates, and revenue metrics to identify opportunities for improving payment and subscription flows, reducing churn, and increasing customer lifetime value.

  • Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect customer payment data and ensure a secure payment environment.

  • Collaborate with Legal and Risk teams to mitigate fraud risks and address any compliance-related issues.

  • Build consensus and work collaboratively with engineering, design, and other key stakeholders.

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing, open communication, and continuous learning.

About You

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product management roles, with a focus on payments, subscriptions, or related domains.

  • Strong understanding of domestic and international payment processing, subscription models, and related technologies (e.g., 3-D Secure, PCI-DSS, recurring billing systems, payment gateways, etc.).

  • Understanding of payment fraud and chargebacks.

  • Demonstrated track record of successfully driving product strategies and delivering results in fast-paced, agile environments.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and optimize product performance.
