A Lot About You
We are looking for a potential talent to develop business and merchandise strategy of the category of Health Care. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the category and supply side strategy to accelerate growth of Yahoo E-Commerce business and maximize revenue. You will be expected to expand the supplier bases of the designated categories and increase the channels’ sales performance, helping the company take advantage of business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:
Developing a deep understanding of the dynamics of e-commerce business of vertical categories
Identifying and evaluating innovative approaches to catch the business opportunities in the market and enhance revenues growth
Reviewing current fee type structure and monetization rate and develop a healthy channel strategy
Well-manage the category top suppliers to increase their sales performance and boost their loyalty toward the platform
Superior ability to negotiate cost of goods with the vendor
Coordinating with supporting functions and other departments to implement varied projects
Tracking the competitive landscape on an ongoing basis to ensure leading position in the market
Be accountable for revenue and business metrics and can meet the company’s goals
Integrate and expand resources to increase benefits, and to constantly seek for innovative responses to situations in the market
Preferred qualifications:
Have experience in progressive purchase or category management
Experience in E-Commerce or retail industry and can bring in insights on supply chain
Strong communication and negotiation capabilities with cross-functional teams and external vendors
High standards of personal integrity, ethics, honesty and discretion
A commitment to quality and hands on approach
Able to work in a fast-moving and challenging environment dealing with numerous people at different levels of the organization
An individual who can bring freshness in approach, who is able to think holistically and provide innovative solutions
With good business acumen, sound judgment and the ability to understand the business and be able to provide insight

負責保健/醫療品類的產品發展與銷售規劃,制定成長策略及業績達成目標,保持對於相關產業/產品的敏感度。
熟悉保健/醫療品類的產業結構,了解相關競業的經營狀況,透過數據分析和診斷,挖掘趨勢以提升訂單轉換率。
具備開發/洽談供應商(商品)的能力,並與供應商制定發展策略達成業績成長目標。
推廣Yahoo奇摩電子商務的增值廣告、產品和服務,以實現公司的收入目標。
與跨職能團隊合作執行各種專案,整合資源以增加利益,並不斷尋找可行的創新應對方案。
需求條件
具備電子商務、零售業或其他相關領域的採購及銷售實務經驗
供應商管理以及品牌開發能力
具備簡報、專案管理的能力和高度的談判經驗
良好的溝通能力和談判技巧,能夠與跨部門團隊和外部供應商合作
良好的道德操守
擁有市場敏感度與創造力,以及挑戰高業績目標的企圖心
能獨立作業,且具抗壓性、快速反應、勇於接受挑戰等特質
