About the team

Our Partner Support Team works directly with real estate professionals and internal business partners to build a better client experience. We troubleshoot technical issues and educate on our products and services through several channels, including inbound/outbound calls, text, and email correspondence. You see customer service as vital to the success of a team and are passionate about providing outstanding support during each interaction.

About the role

We provide outstanding support to Zillow’s Partners with a goal of protecting and strengthening our relationship with them, so they can grow their business and achieve their goals. We work together with real estate professionals daily, positively addressing issues and seeing around corners while maintaining a high level of integrity and customer service. We are subject matter experts on Zillow’s products, features, and functionality and strive to resolve their inquiries the first time they contact us. This role offers a flexible schedule, and we are looking for individuals that have weekend availability.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $18.50 - $29.50 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

You have…

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, understanding the customer is our North Star. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding time-bound projects/quotas.
  • Experience with handling large amounts of inbound and outbound calls, texts and emails in a timely manner.
  • Strong organizational and in time management skills.
  • Contact center and work-from-home experience are highly desired.
  • You are… Confident and empathetic in both verbal and written communication
  • An advocate for both the Partner and Zillow who is able to go beyond issue resolution to protect and strengthen the relationship between the 2.
  • Adaptable to ongoing changes with the ability to learn new processes.
  • Encouraging of your team and consistently treating everyone with respect, understanding, and appreciation.
