ShowingTime+ is the market leader in innovative showing management, feedback, recruiting, analytics, contract, and media solutions for the residential real estate industry. The suite of products within this brand is supported by a complementary team of professionals who are eager to provide bar-raising tools and services to agents. About the role

This role reports to the Senior Manager, ShowingTime+ Media Sales and leads our Media sales team to build, craft and implement a successful sales strategy that meets and exceeds revenue goals. Developing a team of sales professionals, this person will be ultimately responsible for a rapidly growing, fast-paced sales team.

This includes the chance to:

  • Build a sales team, process, strategy and culture to support ShowingTime+ (ST+) media selling efforts
  • Lead a diverse sales team that contains multiple roles, responsibilities, and functions that all work towards a common goal of product consumption and revenue growth
  • Have a business owners mentality and be responsible for both acquisition of customers and long term retention, growth, and success of customers.
  • Collaborate on sales strategies and cross-selling efforts across ST+ sales teams to increase customer base and market share
  • Responsible for overall team forecasting, metric tracking, and goal achievement
  • Schedule and complete weekly 1-1s with your team of salespeople
  • Build and champion a culture of coaching, accountability and inclusion within the ST+ Media sales team
  • Conducts daily call listening and call coaching with sales team
  • Ensures proper adoption and execution of sales tech and tools including SFDC, Hubspot, Gong and other sales productivity tools
  • Builds a strong partnership with the sales operations and enablement team to best support performance and training for the media sales team.
  • Helps to build and drive a scalable sales process and methodology
  • Is a conduit of feedback on product, pricing and sales strategy for the media sales team
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure sales teams are set up for success through tools, training, and marketing initiatives
  • Skilled at deciphering data to build and adjust strong GTM strategies
  • Align with and be an example of Zillow Group’s Core Values and Leadership Blueprint Principles
  • Ability to understand and explain current market dynamics to fuel planning efforts
  • Leads a team of sales professionals focused on top real estate teams and brokerages, responsible for selling multiple ST+ Media Sales products
  • Ability to create a future pathway and sales motion to bundle and sell multiple ST+ products
  • Act as a multiplier by mentoring and coaching leaders around them
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $84,700.00 - $135,300.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • Must thrive in and have experience in a start-up environment. You think through a business owner’s lens and can move quickly and conclusively through ambiguity
  • Experience managing a team of high performing sales professionals responsible for acquiring new prospects and upselling current partners.
  • Experience leading successful teams focused on both acquisition of customers and retention, renewals, and growth of customers.
  • Experience in a dynamic, high-energy sales environment; distributed workforce experience preferred
  • Skilled at removing roadblocks and creatively solving problems supporting the big picture
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of sales leadership experience required
  • 1+ year in M2 role or currently in M3 role
  • Solid understanding of CRM and data tools (Salesforce & Tableau preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Experience recruiting, mentoring and retaining strong sales management talent
