About the role

ShowingTime+ is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to work closely with the customer success, marketing, product development, and business operation teams to advance partner (agent, MLS, broker) related programs specifically for growing retention and cross-sell. In this role you will be a key member of the marketing team passionate about building a committed customer base and crafting the materials needed to enable usage and dedication.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Support the step-level change in Sales Success efforts for our ShowingTime+ Customer Success teams.

  • Create: Responsible for driving the end:end creation of our outstanding enablement content and collateral. Will support the Retention marketing Sr. Manager in delivering the “right message, right time” strategy for our success teams. Leads the content development process and execution across email templates, QBR/MBR templates, flyers, videos, etc.

  • Train: Partner with the Training team to prepare all training materials for customer success live team sessions, to be used in everything from new hire onboarding to ongoing education.

  • Understand: Develop a deep understanding of how our professional agent, brokers, and MLS partners use our ShowingTime+ products to simplify their lives and stand out in crowded markets.

  • Engage: Build a trusted relationship with Customer success and invest in frontline research, insight ‘ride along’ or shadows to collect critical feedback and insights to advise and optimize your work.

  • Analyze: Drive the analysis of usage and adoption of the tools, process, and assets we build for our frontline teams. Understand misses, wins, gaps, and provide actionable solutions to ultimately drive better customer outcomes.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $82,400.00 - $131,600.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing or Sales strategy and operations, operations, or consulting
  • Experience crafting content from scratch, analyzing performance and actioning on next steps
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • A validated collaborator and great communicator
  • Energized from adapting quickly, thinking big, and solving for ambiguity
