ShowingTime+ is the market leader in innovative showing management, feedback, recruiting, analytics, contract, and media solutions for the residential real estate industry. The suite of products within this brand is supported by a complementary team of professionals who are eager to provide bar-raising tools and services to agents. Our mission is to grow our listing services market share through our outstanding products and elite sales team.

About the role

The ShowingTime+ Enterprise Sales team is a new team that will sell ShowingTime+’s emerging product suite to the top brokers and franchisors in North America. This team will be responsible for the following high-level items:

Grow revenue by selling the suite of ST+ products and services directly to the nation’s largest brokerages and franchisors across North America. Protect existing revenue by identifying threats and crafting compelling strategies to retain customers. Build affinity and positive relationships with these top real estate organizations across North America. Build channel partnerships within these companies for the rest of ZG sales and industry teams.

You are entering the ground floor of a new software group within the premier real estate brand in the US. We will move fast, be scrappy, and creative to obtain our goals. We will have the support and visibility of the larger executive team within ZG.

You Will Get To:

  • Be the senior most relationship manager with top brokers and franchisors across North America for ShowingTime+ and the broader ZG product set where appropriate, such as Premier Agent.
  • Handle and build new relationships with 100+ accounts each.
  • Sell all ShowingTime+ products, services, and its mission to this customer segment.
  • Master all product details in order to strategically sell into these companies. Find opportunities to sell the right product at the right time.
  • Grow new revenue within each brand by doing the following:
  • Sell directly to brokers within the corporate brand/footprint. (100+)
  • Sell directly to franchisors – and help facilitate marketing agreements with brands to create marketing channels and integrations for our existing products.
  • Overcome and turn-around negative industry sentiment into positive selling environment.
  • Protect existing revenue within these brands by doing the following:
  • Surface intel from the field about threats to existing MLS data partnerships that risk broker product adoption. Strategize with internal teams and leverage relationships to counteract threats.
  • Handle high-level escalations within brands.
  • Travel up to 50% in a calendar year
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $127,100.00 - $203,000.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • Known within the industry with strong broker and franchisor relationships.
  • Proven experience working within the real estate landscape specifically with brokers and franchisors.
  • Strong understanding of brokerage and franchisor business models and how to sell into them.
  • Strong communicator who can control a meeting room of multiple real estate executives
