Zillow is searching for a senior recruiting manager for our vivacious and collaborative sales and operations recruiting organization. We need a leader to amplify our energy, cultivate our talent, and help move us all forward. We are scaling systems and practices to support our business thrive.

What You’ll Do
Partner closely with our most senior leaders within our revenue verticals and peers across the People Team.
You will model skill mastery across the following areas:
You own it. Practice and encourage a growth mindset across our function and with hiring partners supporting agility and responsiveness to the dynamic needs of the talent market and our businesses.
Support the analysis and facilitation of leadership and cultural initiatives. Use influence and mentoring skills to cultivate a culture that reflects our core values and leadership principles.
Inclusive Recruiting: Model and lead the way in inclusive recruiting practices across all partners and drive strategy for and execution of hiring demand, organizational planning, and strategic talent programs.
Operational Effectiveness: Operational discipline and can build structured processes passionate about business process improvements.
Ability to lead your leaders with empathy and curiosity.
When driving strategy with your business partners, you leverage data to influence and organize.
A champion and driver of change.
You’ll bring fresh, creative thinking to long-standing, sophisticated challenges resulting in high-impact outcomes.
You’ll have experience balancing and prioritizing business needs with the company's strategies.
You're a strategic business partner: you can understand and connect a business strategy to a talent strategy and future talent needs.
You take the initiative to research potential solutions to the competitive talent landscape.
You will analyze relevant, cross-functional data and trends to provide insight and set multi-year strategies to meet hiring goals.
You will work with senior business leaders and draw on multiple sources, such as Competitive Intelligence or People Review, to provide perspective on critical company talent gaps for a business group or area’s long-term needs (beyond 12 months).
Who you are
Degree or equivalent practical experience in organizational psychology, organizational development, talent management, HR, or related field or any additional certifications and training relevant to the role.
7+ years of talent acquisition experience in Sales and Sales Operations Recruiting
Ability to operate with autonomy in ambiguous environments at scale.
Ability to deliver results while crafting an environment for others to grow and succeed!
