About the role

The Manager, Partnerships is a frontline sales leadership role tasked with managing a team of Advisors. This role is part of the Zillow Premier Agent Sales & Programming organization and serves to drive transaction and revenue performance of our customers, Zillow Premier Agents (ZPAs). The Manager drives accountability, delivers coaching, and closely tracks and analyzes performance for a highly skilled team of Advisors.

This position reports directly to the General Manager, Partnerships.

  • Align and represent Zillow Group’s leadership expectations, values, and behaviors.

  • Closely collaborate with the General Manager on revenue and transaction growth within assigned channel.

  • Actively coach Advisors to build the competencies that allow them to achieve sales targets while demonstrating Zillow Group’s core values.

  • Travel in-market to provide support to your team when they are meeting with Zillow Premier Agents.

  • Cultivate and maintain an other-centered selling experience for our partners.

  • Implement central initiatives to drive a high level of performance and conversion from top partners.

  • Connect both Advisors and ZPAs to the overall mission of the company and Premier Agent org through tailored communications and initiatives.

  • Meet and exceed predetermined team-level metrics for Advisor effort, adoption, and performance.

  • Meet and exceed predetermined revenue and transaction goals by delivering daily, weekly and monthly OKRs for the team.

  • Use sales technology and tools to supervise metrics, drive accountability, and provide mentorship to achieve team goals.

  • Hold Advisors accountable for execution of transaction and revenue driving tactics.

  • Establish relationships with key partners.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $91,600.00 - $146,400.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • 3-5+ years of relevant sales leadership experience

  • Outstanding leader of others – develops people by exemplifying and consistently demonstrating our leadership blueprint expectations

  • Experience leading a team responsible for managing a multi-million-dollar book of business

  • Proven track record in a dynamic, high task/client touch environment

  • Hands-on leader who invests in the development of your team

  • Shown ability to train teams on partnering with sophisticated processes and customer types, including multiple decision-makers and influencers

  • Solid understanding of CRM and reporting tools (Salesforce & Tableau preferred)

  • Student: you will need to become proficient in the real estate industry and business

  • Experienced in building and supporting a culture of equity, belonging, and inclusiveness
