About the team

Zillow Group is looking for a Campaign Manager to join the Media Solutions team. The Media Solutions team plays an important part in connecting advertisers with the hundreds of millions of customers that visit Zillow websites each month. The team is responsible for the setup, onboarding, trafficking, and analysis of ad campaigns. We work with various sales tools and ad server systems to manage campaigns and fulfill delivery while maintaining the client’s critical metrics.

About the role

Zillow Group is looking for a talented individual to join the high-performing and hard-working Media Solutions Advertising Operations team. If you are a well-versed ad operations professional with keen attention to detail, a track record of working collaboratively, and can adapt quickly to new products and processes you will thrive in this role.

In this role, you will get to:

  • Be responsible for all aspects of campaign fulfillment: IO processing, campaign setup, creative QA and trafficking, and monitoring delivery for builder partners
  • Ensure the accuracy and fulfillment of all delegated campaigns
  • Collaborate with, and communicate between, multiple teams to ensure timely and flawless execution of campaigns
  • Uphold operational processes by ensuring protocol is followed by all teams in the life cycle
  • Assist internal teams in developing best practices for execution of ad campaigns
  • Troubleshoot any issues with campaign delivery, or technical or creative issues
  • Identify process inefficiencies and ways to improve operational workflow
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $76,200.00 - $121,800.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in digital advertising
  • BA/BS preferred but not required
  • Experience working in Salesforce and Google Ad Manager preferred
  • Impeccable attention to detail and written communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to adapt quickly to new ad products, processes, and technologies
  • Ability to meet and coordinate multiple tasks with tight deadlines
